Responsibility is one of the defining human values. It gives meaning to our position as beings capable of influencing reality through conscious and consistent action.
Our mission is to bring together diverse perspectives and human experiences, drawing important themes and stories out of the inertia of the information-driven society, so they can be recognized as meaningful and significant by as many people as possible.
We are a non-profit organization that produces and disseminates stage and audiovisual projects in collaboration with professionals from fields beyond the arts.
Theater of responsibility is an open organization for all who wish to direct their artistic work toward personal and social transformation — toward drawing attention to what truly matters and proposing alternatives to the reality in which we live.
We believe change begins when someone dares to step in.

Developed by the Brazilian Theater practitioner Augusto Boal, Forum Theater is an interactive theatrical technique that transforms spectators into “spect-actors.” The audience does not remain a passive observer of the conflict — instead, it can interrupt the action, step onto the stage, and test real alternative solutions in performance.
Performers enact a realistic situation involving oppression or injustice. The audience watches and identifies with what they see.
Any audience member may call "stop," step onto the stage, and try a different approach, turning observation into active participation.
The facilitator guides the group in unpacking what happened, what worked, and what strategies can be carried back into everyday life.
Whether as a partner organisation, a school, a volunteer, or an individual donor — there is a place for you in what we do.
